"Amazing customer service"

You guys have thought of everything! I love this tool, especially all the attention to detail. I'm somewhat picky about customer service too - I own 2 businesses and rarely find someone who treats me the way I treat my own clients. Thanks for restoring my faith in amazing customer service :-)
