This great looking monthly email sent by Samoset Resort caught our eye as a great example of a newsletter that gets the message across no matter what email environment their recipient is using.

I see a lot of designs go through Campaign Monitor that take the easy option of using a single large image for the email header and other key content. As we discussed recently, this can make it very hard for many of your recipients to preview the email and decide if it deserves more attention.

By ensuring the title in the masthead and all other content in the email is text based, every recipient can dig into the content immediately, even with images disabled.
