Big update to ExpressionEngine extension with custom field support

Our popular ExpressionEngine extension has just received a huge upgrade thanks to Stephen Lewis from Experience Internet. The big news is full custom field integration on a list by list basis, making it easy to capture anything you like and automatically sync across to your Campaign Monitor subscriber lists.

Stephen's been kind enough to put together a great screencast showing the integration in action. If you can't see the movie below, watch it over at Vimeo.

On top of this awesome new feature, the underlying code has been completely rewritten and tidied up, with lots of other improvements made behind the scenes. Huge props to Stephen for his continued hard work. He's even providing support over at the ExpressionEngine forums if you have any questions about the extension. What a guy!

Head over to the extension page to download the files and get more details on installation and configuration.

I think that should actually be Experience Internet ;)

(By the way, using Opera, whenever I click on the textarea in your comment form, ie, when trying to move the cursor, the page refreshes and I get sent to the blog home page.)

  2. Wow… That is a really nice extension. Looking forward to using in a future project.

Thanks for the tip on both fronts John, much appreciated. I’ve clearly been thinking about ExpressionEngine too much this morning.

  4. @John : thanks for pointing that out :)
@David : you can never think about ExpressionEngine too much.
@Leevi : thanks Leevi *starstruck*. And thanks for LG Addon Updater — very useful indeed.

    Cheers,
    Stephen
