Authentic Jobs helps companies and creative professionals connect with each other via work opportunitiesIn 2005, I started a thing called Authentic Jobs. For the next four years, it hummed along as a side project. Then, with a leap of faith in October 2009, I turned it into a full-time gig. I've been at the helm as founder and president ever since, and it's been a pretty fantastic journey. Today we have two full-timers on staff and a couple part-time contractors.

On the side in the spare time I only imagine having, I design and sell letterpress posters. I reimagine buildings as if they were created entirely of type. The posters have been a wonderful creative outlet for me, and it's always fascinating to see others appreciate my work.
How do you use email for your business?
Campaign Monitor has been indispensable. Like butter on toast. At Authentic Jobs, we use Campaign Monitor often for notifying customers of new features, discounts, and other significant updates. For my letterpress posters, I notify customers of sales and new products.
Why use Campaign Monitor?
Where do I start? Firstly, the satisfaction of using a very well-designed interface. During each step of a campaign's creation, the UI presents me with exactly what I need. I'm never lost, and I'm never frustrated.
Secondly, list management, campaign reports, and off-site subscription forms and landing pages are brilliantly executed.
Lastly, Worldview. Full stop. If that's not an amazing experience, I don't know what is!
