We're looking to integrate CM with our internal corporate database (Everest) built on SQL server. Has anyone done this before? I've searched but can't seem to find it.
We run multiple lists which users can manage their preferences for on our .net site. A person can be a member of 20 user roles or 1 user role. I need to keep that functionality fully synced with CM's unsubscribe and user preferences.
You can certainly synchronise with any database you like, but you'd need to have some custom code to work via the Campaign Monitor API. All the available methods are documented at http://www.campaignmonitor.com/api
