The minimalist style of Rome based agency ANTHOS carries through into their email here. It's a survey for their subscribers (I had to ask - my Italian is very limited!)

The designer says "We deliver our newsletter on non-regular basis, so we chose to adopt a low-impact "letter" style, to feel friendly and handy to our subscribers". They've certainly achieved it with this beautifully restrained design which is so clear and readable.
