Disgrace
Designed by Icon Film Distribution
These kinds of emails are awfully easy to code as a single image and it’s always nice to see when that’s resisted. Icon Films has designed a nice looking, properly coded email that is easy to read and as a film lover myself, would definitely be interested in attending.
Easy to find contact, address and event details make this email useful and easy to navigate.

@HunterOwens And sorry again! This one has been frustrating for everyone, but obviously for affected customers the most!

Yes, that’s kind of emails is nice, but only if You are interested in such type of direct marketing. If not, You would probably treat it as another spam without concerning its beauty.

These emails are only opt-in - at Campaign Monitor our policies require that only people who are direct customers or who have explicitly given their permission will be added to lists.

I’d be tempted to swap it around so the copy is on the left - handy for preview pane viewing in Outlook so they’d see the details first.

So many designers fail to code emails properly - it’s very easy to be lazy (and sometimes the pressure to get the job done quickly leads people to this) but the benefits in terms of accessibility and passing through spam filters makes the effort well worth it.
Good job guys!
