Creative Ideas for Valentine's Day
We at SolDesign Company find ourselves struggling every year to come up with new and unique ways to say I love you on Valentine's Day to that someone special...preferably in a manner that doesn't involve stuffed bears holding hearts or balloons brandishing half-witted professions of love like "you're mine!" If you are looking for ways to express yourself without causing the object of your affection to question your originality, we have found some truly unconventional alternatives. We wanted to share some of our fun finds online; and for you fellow ATLiens, we've included some local people and places you should definitely check out.
Fun (and some truly ridiculous) Finds
Talking Dogs - Who knew dogs could say I love you! You may have a pooch in your neighborhood who could do some talking.
The French Say it Better - A Bad French Love Letter Generator - a marketing scheme by a wine company but we thought trés clever (please note, you have to give them your email address).
Cards with Character - Send him/her an "uncooked" card with a sense of humor, definitely not your everyday greeting card.
Message in a Bottle - Send messages of your love to sea. They are currently offering a Valentine's Day special.
I Just Called to Say I Love You - A "D List" Celebrity Phone Call - have one of these stars call to chat with your loved one and sing your accolades for the low, low price of 19.95.
For the ATLiens
Family and Child Photography - Kem Lee works as a photographer in Atlanta and NYC. Known for her classic black and white children's photography, a session with Kem makes a wonderful gift.
A Three Course Valentine's Day Meal for Two - Chef Michael Condon creates a delectable meal that includes filet mignon, lobster eclairs, and much, much more.
Fabulous Clothes, Jewelry, Jeans, or Bags - Kaleidoscope Boutique Featuring 4 Bags in downtown Decatur is a great place to find a present for your guy or gal.
We hope you enjoyed our list and found some Valentine's Day inspiration. Our fun finds just go to show that you can basically sell anything online. If you have any design or web needs, call (404.373.0505) or email your web professionals at SolDesign Company.
