Great people in a great space

Campaign Monitor offers a very casual work environment right near the beach in Sydney. While we're focused on creating awesome software, it doesn't mean we can't have fun doing it. All our staff get free catered lunches, their own private office and interesting work.

We offer very competitive salaries and regular pay reviews, but we think it's the little extras that make the difference.

An awesome office

Instead of a cramped high rise, our offices are located across from a park with a decked out kitchen, ping pong tables, gaming area, library and loads of space to relax. We've invested heavily in creating the nicest work environment possible, including private offices for everyone and free catered lunches every day. The fridge is always full of free soft drinks and snacks, which you can work off on the office Wii.

While the office is awesome, we leave it regularly for things like golf days, ten pin bowling, go karting and a nice cold drink at a nearby pub or restaurant.

Only the best gear

Every team member receives all the gear they need to get the job done. Whether you're a developer or working with our customers, you can expect dual screens, the platform of your choice, extremely comfortable chairs, the latest version of any software you might need and a library of books and other resources at your disposal.

Training and conferences

We encourage every member of our team to keep their skills up to date and regularly attend conferences and specialist training. If the training isn't local, we'll put you up in a quality hotel nice and close to the event. When we're not attending conferences, someone in our team is often speaking at them.

Flexible working hours

Depending on your position, you can usually work the hours that suit you and your lifestyle. 9 to 5 isn't a hard and fast rule at Campaign Monitor. We rarely do overtime and almost never work weekends.
