Take control of your cloud apps, with this provisioning and license management tool.

Description

When your company is being powered by an increasing number of cloud apps, it can quickly become difficult to keep a track of them all. Provisioning licenses can soon become an ad-hoc mess, as employees start individual accounts for any one service, without any oversight.

To keep track of all these accounts/licenses, there’s thankfully AppGuru, by LogMeIn. Currently in beta, this free service allows you to create Access Groups around apps, then add members who can access that specific app – such as people in your marketing team. As a result, you can maintain a secure app ecosystem, in which it’s easy to add and revoke access to an app as employees move or needs change. Dozens of popular apps are currently available, including Github, Basecamp, Jira and more.

For companies and agencies that regularly add new people to client accounts in Campaign Monitor, AppGuru’s built-in integration is a real asset. You can create new people in AppGuru and have invitations go out to team members as if they were initiated from within Campaign Monitor. Likewise, you can revoke access, say, once a contractor has completed email design work.

AppGuru, by LogMeIn is currently free while in beta. To find out how you can take control of your cloud apps, visit their site.
