EventHQ

Developed by EventHQ

Manage event registrations with a branded signup page and sophisticated ticketing.

Description

Looking for an alternative to booking services like Eventbrite for managing your events? Using EventHQ, you can set up ticketing for multi-day events, workshops and more, create a registration page, then sync new attendee details with a Campaign Monitor list. The process for creating events and adding tickets is straightforward and easy to do – just have your logos and event details ready, then let EventHQ do the rest.

Currently, tickets can either be offered for free via your EventHQ registration pages, or billed for in GBP or EUR.

New EventHQ accounts come with 25 free credits (25 registrations), then additional email credits can be purchased in packs after that. To find out more, visit their site.

Installation / Documentation

With the Campaign Monitor integration, you can automatically add new and existing attendees to a subscriber list in your account. All you need to do in your EventHQ account is go to ‘Global Settings’ > ‘EventHQ Apps’ > ‘App store’, then select ‘Campaign Monitor’. You’ll then be asked for your Client ID and Client API Key. As soon as new attendees start to sign up, a new list will be created in your account, named after your event.
