Groove’s Campaign Monitor integration lets you connect your help desk with your email marketing software. By using this integration you’ll be able to see customer mailing list subscriptions next to every ticket, view a customer’s profile for any mailing list, and subscribe or unsubscribe a customer from a Campaign Monitor list without leaving Groove.
To get setup, log in to Groove, head to the Apps section and click on the Campaign Monitor app. Afterwards, you’ll be prompted to connect your Campaign Monitor and Groove accounts via OAuth.
Once you’re all connected, it’s as easy as heading to your settings for your Groove account and choosing which mailboxes you want to use the integration in. From there on out you will automatically get all of your Campaign Monitor information right in your Groove desk.
