We’re looking for the right person to come and join us in our Sydney office as part of the Campaign Monitor support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in Campaign Monitor, and to work with some really cool customers at an officially cool company.

There is a full description of the job over on the Freshview site, but here I’d like to explain a little more about why you might like to come and work for us. It is a bit over 2 years ago now that I joined Freshview. At the time I was working part time for myself, as a designer, and as an inhouse designer for a zoo (!).

Although I could have continued indefinitely doing just web design, I was keen to expand my skills and experiences into other areas. The chance to do that while also working on a hugely popular web application for a small and fast moving company was a big draw card. Since then I have helped thousands of you out with using Campaign Monitor, met tons of cool people, spoken at conferences and improved my writing and marketing skills.

I am hugely glad to have moved from pure design to be part of Campaign Monitor and the web application world. Does that sound appealing to you? If it does, then make sure you take a look at the role. I spoke with some of the other support team members about what they love about working at Freshview. Here’s a few of the things they mentioned:

Freshview is the only company I’ve worked for that take the phrase “care for our employees” beyond just lip-service.

I have never heard the phrase “You guys rock!” so often as I have from Campaign Monitor customers.

You just might get to shoot paintballs at your coworkers at some point!

Our most recent support team member, Stig, was found via our forums, where he’d already shown his interest in Campaign Monitor and talent for clear explanations. Maybe you could be the next person to join us!
