Last month we added two new people to the Campaign Monitor team and I wanted to introduce them to you guys.

James Martin – Test analyst

We have a rather comprehensive QA process at Campaign Monitor that ensures every update we release is as bug free as possible. We hired James to join our testing duo Trish and Pete to keep our QA process efficient and provide quick feedback to our developers as new features are developed.

James has a ton of experience in the QA field across automated and manual testing, and has already made a big impact on our QA process and the quality of our releases.

Stephen Jesson – Customer support

Like I said recently in a post about the growth of our support team, “giving your customers an awesome experience is just about the most important thing you can do”. With close to 7,000 new customers using Campaign Monitor each month, it’s crucial we continue to expand the team to give you guys the best answers as quickly as possible.

That’s where Stephen comes in. Joining us in our Sydney office, Stephen is a talented web and email designer who has been building email templates and helping others with email marketing for more than a decade. More importantly, Stephen plays club level ping pong (sorry Stephen) table tennis and is already looking good for the 2010 office championship.

If you haven’t already, make sure you check out our new meet the team page that includes a photo and short bio for all 23 members of the Campaign Monitor team. We’ve also added a map showing where on the globe that team member is based.

We’re not far off completing the new office fit out for our growing team too. We’ve learnt a lot along the way, so I’ll be sure to share all of this and take you on a little tour in a future post.
