Even if you are a veteran Campaign Monitor user who can send campaigns with your hands tied behind your back and no batteries in your cordless keyboard, there might still be some things you don’t know. Every now and then we like to point out some of the details of Campaign Monitor.

Today it is web versions. For every campaign you send, we automatically generate a web version (which you can link to from your campaign with the webversion tag). That’s also how we can create your newsletter archive. You probably already know all that.

Did you know that every subscriber actually gets a unique link to their own web version, and that when they click links on that web page, we can record them in your normal campaign reports. We don’t have any way to separate clicks in the email from clicks in the web version, but they do all get tracked.

This blog provides general information and discussion about email marketing and related subjects.
