There can be many moving parts and questions to ask: how should I structure the journey? What content should I send for each step? How much of a time delay should I include between emails? To help you build effective customer journeys with ease, we created a series of journey guides based on best practices and inspired by success stories from our customers, to help marketers get started with step-by-step instructions.
Discover new journeys to build
Journey guides are now accessible right through the application. Simply navigate to the Automation tab, Create a new journey, and you’ll have a new choice whether to create a new journey or find new journey ideas.
We’ll ask you a few questions about the customers you’re targeting, your industry, and your marketing goals to help recommend the right journeys to explore. Simply check off a few details and we’ll recommend some journeys that might be right for you.
Of course, you can use the filters on the left to browse and explore journeys from other categories. For each journey, you get an outline of the flow, more detail on the content to think about, setup details to consider, and step-by-step instructions on how to build your journey in the visual journey designer.
These journey guides are a helpful way of finding new best practices to include in your marketing automation strategy and give you the details you need to get started quickly. They’re available for all customers today and we’re excited to keep adding more resources like these to help users get started.
