As your business has grown, likely so has the number of clients you manage. To help toggle between them, we’ve added a search box to the drop-down list in the header, in accounts with 15 or more clients.
After the positive response to our updated header in accounts last month, we could have been tempted to move on to other parts of the app. However, while the tweaks we made to the client drop-down list did improve things for many of our customers, those who had particularly active accounts (or small screens) still found that it could be tricky to move from one client to the next.
To address this, we’ve added a search field to the drop-down, in accounts with 15+ clients:
It’s not uncommon for our team to stumble on accounts with literally dozens of clients, so hopefully this small change will make the app easier to use and navigate for a fair few of you. As they say, it’s often the little things that make a significant difference.
