Sales Development Representative

Here at CM Group, we’re working to grow our Sales Development Team. If you’re a motivated,

As a Sales Development Rep, you’ll be the driving force behind CM Group’s overall growth as
you fill our Sales team’s pipeline with qualified sales leads. You’ll gain valuable hands-on
experience in a fast-paced tech company where career growth opportunities exist for those
that are hungry and motivated.

Key Responsibilities

● Facilitate conversations with prospects who have shown an interest in one or more of
our marketing technologies.
● Effectively collaborate across departments and direct current customers to the proper
channels and resources.
● Perform consultative calls to identify our prospect's needs, position CM Group’s product
offering, and connect them with the product that best aligns with their email marketing
needs and requirements.
● Effectively communicate how CM brands are positioned in the market, and
communicate core features, functionality, and benefits.
● Assist in the consultative sales process by scheduling meetings, typically a demo call,
with our Sales teams.
● Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage your pipeline and maintain accurate
information about prospects and leads.


● Excellent written, verbal communication, and listening skills
● Interest in building a career in technology sales and customer service.
● Proven track record of owning your goals and consistently surpassing them
● Self-motivation and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, sales environment
with minimal supervision.
● Time management skills; ability to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload
with strong attention to detail
● Open to feedback & coaching
● Adaptable and open to change


● Familiarity with tools like Salesforce
● Strong understanding of marketing software and technology
● Previous experience in customer facing roles
● Love of food - specifically snacks.
