Chief Executive Officer
Wellford Dillard is the CEO of Campaign Monitor. Wellford has more than 15 years of experience in the software industry and held CFO roles at six companies prior to Campaign Monitor, including OPower (OPWR: sold to Oracle) and GetWellNetwork (sold to Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe). Prior to holding senior leadership positions in the software industry, Wellford worked in management consulting, investment banking and equity research. Wellford holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and earned his BA in Finance from the University of Memphis.
Chief Revenue Officer
Ethan Zoubek is the Chief Revenue Officer of Campaign Monitor. He has more than twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur and leader in SaaS technology companies. Prior to Campaign Monitor, Ethan was an enterprise sales leader at Krux Digital and ExactTarget (both acquired by Salesforce.com). Ethan has been an active mentor and advisor to numerous tech startups. He attended Rutgers College at Rutgers University, earning a BA in English Literature.
Chief Product Officer
Cody Bender is the Chief Product Officer of Campaign Monitor. Before joining Campaign Monitor in early 2017, Cody led Return Path’s Email Certification program and Product organization for six years, working with some of the largest ISPs, ESPs, and email marketers in the world. Before that, he developed and implemented software solutions and telecom engineering for municipalities and governments across the US. Cody earned his BA in Mathematics from Coe College.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Johnson is the Chief Financial Officer of Campaign Monitor. Prior to joining Campaign Monitor, he spent six years at Greenway Health, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company. During Michael’s tenure at Greenway Health, he held multiple roles including leadership of accounting, financial planning & analysis, as well as acquisition integration, and new systems implementation. Michael began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers after graduating from the University of South Florida, where he earned degrees in accounting and leadership.
Chief Information Officer
Herry Wiputra oversees Campaign Monitor’s technology platform as Chief Information Officer. With more than 20 years’ experience in IT management, Herry is responsible for maximizing the value Campaign Monitor customers get from its data and technology. Before Campaign Monitor, Herry was the head of technology at REA Group where he designed and delivered a system of work that enabled the business to scale in the future. Herry has held IT management positions at realestate.com.au, Aconex, SGI and Adacel. Herry holds a BA in Engineering Software with honors from University of Melbourne.
Chief Operating Officer
Ash Fagura is the Chief Operating Officer of Campaign Monitor. He has over 12 years of experience working with several technology companies in both software and hardware. Prior to joining Campaign Monitor, Ash managed the financial go-to-market and pricing strategy of consumer products at Cisco Systems and software products at Salesforce.com. Ash holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at University of California Los Angeles and a BS in Managerial Economics from University of California Davis.
Chief Technology Officer
Shai Haim is the Chief Technology Officer of Campaign Monitor. He has more than 18 years of experience in the software industry. Before joining Campaign Monitor in 2017, he was the VP of Engineering at Brigade, a San-Francisco based startup. Prior to that, he had led the Search Quality and Product team at Twitter. Dr. Haim holds a PhD in computer science (artificial intelligence) from the University of New South Wales.
SVP of Marketing
Shane Phair is the SVP of Marketing of Campaign Monitor. Prior to joining Campaign Monitor, he led marketing and demand generation teams as VP of Demand Generation at Cleo, a global leader in enterprise integration solutions. Prior to Cleo, he held senior sales positions with Brainshark, Ipswitch, and Motorola; while also spending several years in South Korea working in the education space. Shane holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and earned his bachelor’s degree at Michigan State University.
VP of HR
Christine McPherson is the VP of HR at Campaign Monitor. Christine has held positions in operations, recruiting, and HR during her tenure at the company, most recently serving as Campaign Monitor’s Director of Talent Initiatives prior to being promoted to VP, HR. Christine earned her bachelor’s degree at East Tennessee State University.
Jesal Prabaker is General Counsel of Campaign Monitor, specializing in SaaS, technology, and privacy law. Prior to joining Campaign Monitor in 2016, she worked as Corporate Counsel at Clearslide and In-House Counsel at AurionPro Solutions. Jesal holds a J.D. from Indiana University, Maurer School of Law–Bloomington and earned her bachelor’s degree at UCLA.
