Where are statistics and bounce management for RSS campaigns?

I have been testing for a a few weeks the new Recurring RSS campaign feature.

However, I can't find any useful statistics and bounce management reports for them. Where are they?

All I can get clicking on Reports for recurring RSS campaigns is an almost useless overview of most popular clicks. Am I missing something?
Where can I access the delivery reports (who opened, who bounced, who and what has been clicked) that we get for the standard campaigns?

Hi Stefano, like the autoresponder reports, the RSS reports are only designed to give a general overview at present, so it isn't possible to view the reporting by subscriber, I'm sorry to say. We're more than happy to consider this for a future update, so by all means we'll keep you posted if this is something we add in the future.

What a shame. Please add +1 from me to add this feature. That would open up a whole new bunch of applications.

Please keep up with your great work to make CM even better.

Thanks cazzani, I'll keep you updated on this one. Love the feedback, so keep sending it in!

Agree with you 100% Stefano - RSS to Email is great but lack of useful reporting is terrible. The World Overview did not work as well. I'm not sure why RSS to Email campaigns should be any different from the normal reporting options you are given on other campaigns.

I will be using the normal campaign option next time, rendering RSS to Email useless for my needs. It took me a while to design and build the template. Not happy CM.

Hey there Amy, we're sorry about letting you down here. Features like RSS to Email are very much works in progress, so we may roll out more detailed reports at a later date. When we do, we'll be certainly getting in touch with you, Stefano and others who have requested more useful stats.

In regards to Worldview, mind me asking, but what did you find could be improved? While we provide general location stats for now, we're happy to consider developing it into a more sophisticated geolocation feature in the future.

Thanks Amy - I'm sorry that you felt we underdelivered here, but we are committed to making CM a valuable service for your business.

Hi,

I just wanted to add my voice here.

I too would very much appreciate the same reporting on the RSS campaigns as for regular emails.  A client recently had her first RSS campaign sent out.  I logged in to show her the reporting that I had previously promised her... only to find none.  It's a mistake that I won't make again... but still... Why is this reporting not included on the RSS emails?  I'm sure there is a good technical reason.  But if it's already setup for the regular emails, can it be that hard to implement the same reporting on the RSS emails?

Also, I notice that the original post here was made 8 months ago.  Has there been any progress with regard to RSS email reporting since?

Thanks.

Hi MrEmailMan, your suggestions are very much welcome here! We're very sorry for not providing reporting on RSS-to-email that's on par with our regular campaign reports. To be transparent, we were keen to get this feature out for our customers last year, then gauge what improvements could be made while we worked on improving other parts of the app. So no, there isn't a technical reason for not having identical reports, so we may work on this at a later date if there's sufficient demand for it. :)

At present, adding extra reports to RSS-to-email isn't on our immediate timeline, but we've certainly noted your interest and will keep you posted if it's something we add. Sorry about this!
