I am trying to create a segment based on the email address field - all internal company employees based on the "@companyname.com" part of their email address. But through some quick trial and error it appears that the filter only looks at the characters before the @ symbol, and nothing after. is this on purpose? If so, why?
Hi jason, this is very unusual! I just tried creating a segment for "Email address contains gmail.com" and it seemed to work fine:
Could you kindly make sure you're using 'contains' for your segment?

Yes, it is definitely setup with "contains". i will submit a request to the support team.
