It would be really useful to expand the help section within campaign monitor for clients, mainly to cover the create edit section of the FAQ - so they can ind useful help and guides from within their account area.
I would like to add that I can;t see what they might find difficult to use, CM is so intuitive, but it doesn't stop me getting questions!

I think it just needs to cover the basics... adding lists, editing lists, editing emails - things that most devs and agencies can figure out but end users come to us for help with.
