My client has had two customers report the following issue when receiving their newsletter.
Issue: A pop-up msg appears saying:
"Security alert – The identity of this web site or the integrity of this connection cannot be verified." And btn options of 'Yes, No and View certificate.'
Customers also reported that it 'Froze' their computer, needing a restart.
Doing some googling and it seems to be related to MS / IE not recognising a servers certificate, however I'm not sure how that relates to the newsletter we send out via CM.
Has anyone else encountered this? and do you know a fix?
