I love the E-mail Client CSS Support Grid that Campaign Monitor has published!
Does anybody else think it would be helpful to have a summary version that just lists which CSS properties not to use due to not being supported by a good percentage of clients, and possible alternatives? I think that would be a very helpful list to have. It would be quicker to use than the full details currently published. Perhaps something like a table including:
Unsupported Property (width / background-image ...)
Clients that don't support it (Outlook 2007 / Gmail ...)
Alternative methods (Use a table element with inline width property / no alternative ...)
That's a great suggestion and something we just might consider doing for everyone.
