I'm a long time fan of Campaign Monitor and don't really look to any other email delivery systems when it comes to my clients.
I've really started work at a large ad agency and it seems they currently do all their campaigns through "Returnity". I'm convinced Returnity isn't all that, but don't have the facts or enough information to compare the two.
I was wondering if anyone here could shed some light on Returnity and how it stacks up against Campaign Monitor?
Personally I used Returnity in the past, before I joined Freshview, and from a designers perspective it was a very frustrating experience in terms of restrictions on the design and being really slow to get setup right.
I can't say much about it feature wise, perhaps others have had more experience with it.

I'm also wondering about cost differences for sending and load handling? Can campaign monitor cope massive mailouts?
I can't speak for Returnity's pricing or scale, but we have customers sending to lists in the high hundreds of thousands without a problem. We put a lot of work into ensuring our platform scales with our customers (which can be tricky when you're getting around 100 new customers/day).
