Accessibility - templates - and all

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere - I did search here and the FAQs, honest!

Do the templates satisfy whatever the current standards are for "accessibility"?  I am thinking of visually impaired recipients, mainly, who may be using JAWS or other screen readers.

How can I test my emails for this?  (other than getting my own copy of JAWS, something which I did do, long ago in another life).  Perhaps the Email Testing product could be enhanced to provide such tests?  I know I could more easily check the website version of the email, but for all sorts of reasons - including inline css - the emails sent and the website copy are not the same.
