We send an internal communication for a large multinational who has recipient across multiple domains.
Unfortunately it would appear that CM's IP's are blocked by the most frequently listed domain that we are trying to mail to. We are unable to whitelist the IP's for 'corporate reasoning'...
So I wondered if it would be possible to bypass the CM servers and send mail using our mail server (whitelisted) while retaining CM's exceptional reporting services?
Perhaps the API might be an option...
Liam, thanks for the heads up about this. Our team are constantly monitoring blacklists and we have systems in place that can take any listed delivery servers offline while the issue is resolved. Fire an email to support and we'll look into this for you guys immediately.
Also, just to clarify, we don't support the ability to email through your own servers, and we'll do our best to resolve any issues you're having with this client as soon as possible.
