Not Receiving Test Emails


Not sure if anyone else has experienced the same problem in the last few days, but we have set up a HTML campaign, (the same as we always do) and it is going to be sent to approximately 2000 recipients. 

However, when we get to testing the campaign and requesting a preview to be sent we never receive it.  It does, however reach any online/free mailboxes such as hotmail and googlemail etc but it doesn't reach any of our emails which are distributed via hmail server.  So it seems there is either a problem with receiving them due to Hmail or the Microsoft exchange.

Has anyone else had a similar problem recently?  This was working no problem Friday last week and earlier - it only seems to be a problem in the past couple of days.  However we are receiving all other emails to our mailboxes, no problem.

Hi Michelle,

I believe this was resolved via support (by making some modifications to your mail server) but if you have any other questions just let us know.
