I lost my CM sent campaign and billing history after the switch

Here was my situation up until today:

* Never used MailBuild
* Use CampaignMonitor lots and lots of times

And here's what I did:

1. Went to http://app.campaignmonitor.com -- redirected to the new login
2. Put in my CM login, password, and a custom URL subdomain

The resulting page didn't have any billing information on record. It also seemed to have some test campaigns we set up in MailBuild. I was not able to find any of my Campaign Monitor billing history or campaign history.

I also tried to submit this through the email support form. But I got a "You are not authorized to perform this action" error.

Hi Morley, Could you send an email into support http://www.campaignmonitor.com/contact/? We can send you the correct log-in information for your account, it sounds like you might be logging into the old MailBuild account.
