Our company received an email saying our credit card was charged $33.09 for a clients email campaign delivery, but they are set up to put their own credit card details in on send out. Any idea what is going on there?
Hi Rob, thanks for the heads up about this. When you get the chance, can you fire the details through to the support team with info on the client and campaign in question and we'll get to the bottom of it for you.

is this sufficient or do I need to use the particular form in the email support area?
