Hi, I've sent a few mails through to support with no response (the first was 11 hours ago).
I know this could take as much as 12 hours, but from previous experience, and as you've stated yourselves, it's usually much faster.
Have my emails gotten lost along the way?
There definitely aren't any approvals waiting in the queue, and the last email from you was yesterday (and I replied). What email address are you sending from, I'll investigate further.
