A client of our who has used our services for a while suddendly can't login to view their reports. They get the following error message:
Network Error (dns_unresolved_hostname)
Your request host "rgdesign.viewcampaign.com" could not resolve by DNS.
For assistance, contact your network support team.
This probelm has only just appeared since the lauch of the new campaign monitor look.
I have no problem loging in to any of our clients reports.
Any suggestions would be great.
