A client of ours has uploaded 40,000 (approx) subscribers and has hit the APPROVAL REQUIRED status. No problem except he has been importing lists of the same size for months so can't understand why he needs approval this time.... any ideas?

Hi Mark, the approval process is tiered. So his latest number of subscribers must have put him over his current approved limit. He'll be prompted to answer a question about how he got permission from those subscribers and submit the campaign for review and we'll take a look. Campaigns are always reviewed within 12 hours but it's generally much faster.
