Hi, first I would like to apologize if this is not the correct spot for this post, but I wasn't sure which category to pick.
I am new here, and today it has been my first day as a reseller. I had many many questions from my clients and I found the answer for all of them except one. Is it possible for a client to create a subscriber's list of, let's say, 300 subscribers, but every now and then there are 10 - 20 contacts on that list that do not receive their newsletter and this list varies every time.
Is there a way for them to select the list first and then see the subscribers? They want to be able to deselect some of the subscribers of that group, for that particular newsletter before sending.
Thank you in advance for any help!
That's not something built in to Campaign Monitor - your best option would be to store some information in a custom field about each client, and use that field to identify people beforehand who should not receive the email.
Then use segments to create a list of people with a particular value in that field.
That may actually be a great way of solving it! Thank you!
