Campaign Approval


I'm having a nightmare getting any information on the approval of a campaign I set up last Thursday. It is really urgent and my client is getting very nervous as the 12 hour approval hasn't happened yet.  I've emailed CM a number of times but never get a reply...

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the approval process?

Hi Martin,

We respond to every approval request within 12 hours. I took a quick look at yours and it was replied to along with the other messages you sent in to support. It sounds like the emails haven't been making their way to you. Could you check your spam folder and see if maybe they've been filtered? We'll try sending you another email as well.
