Feature Request:option to reserve prepaid credits to clients

While the current CM payment options might suit most users, I would like to see one extra option that might benefit everybody: reserve prepaid credits to users.

Billing clients ourselves is required to comply with tax issues (we are not located in the US) and since most of our users don't/can't use VISA to pay campaigns.

If we could allocate a "prepaid" amount of credits to each of our clients, everyone would benefit:
- CM would be paid up front: receiving money before any campaigns have been sent
- We would be paid up front: less risk to end up with clients who pay too late or don't pay at all
- Our clients: they receive an invoice directly from us, compliant to most of our clients internal policies

Everybody wins ...

We have over 20 clients using CM, some with 10 different newsletters. We constantly run into issues accounting for where each individual client stands with the credits we've purchased on their behalf. We requested (rather, recommended) this feature over a year ago and our need for customer/billing segmentation grows each month.

Is there a plan in the works FreshView?

Count me in to the vote on needing this... we've got several clients who have several offices where the staff creating newsletters don't have access to a credit card.
