Every now and then when we use Campaign Monitor to send mailings internally to our staff someone calls to say they haven't recieved it... uhhhhh.
I check the mailing list to see if the email address is still valid and that the subscriber state is still active, I check the mail out reports to see if the subscriber has actually been sent the email and then finally I check the bounce reports to see if for some reason the email couldn't be delivered.
This has happened to random subscribers on a couple of occassions now and after all my checks I still can't offer any explanation for it.
Anyone got any ideas?
This isn't something that's easy to get the bottom of without more info. Could be a hundred different things at our end or theirs. Fire the details through to support and we can get to the bottom of it for you.
