Getting "Javascript must be enabled" error even though it is enabled.

I have a client who uses IE7 and cannot view reports because he is faced with a 'you must have javascript' enabled message just after login. I've asked him to test the same procedure on another computer at his office and he's getting the same message. I have also got him to confirm that javascript is actually enable, all seems to be fine.

I have confirmed that it is working fine for me (logging in form IE7 under VMWare). Can anyone suggest what might be going wrong? What else can I get him to try?

Apologies for this issue, it seems to be a problem with how we are checking in some browsers. We plan on scrapping the check for a new approach altogether shortly which will fix this problem.
