I was just setting up test campaign and ran into a problem with importing. I treble checked that I had all of the files in the zip matching those in the HTML. The problem turned out to be that I had optimization turned on in WinZip and your server gagged on it. Unfortunately the message displayed on the next page made no mention of a technical problem, it simply said that the CSS and images where not found. Simply turning off optimisation and using compatibility mode resolved the problem. Possibly this could be mentioned in your guide.
Thanks for the information Joel, that's not one we have seen before. Maybe you can give us a screenshot of the optimization section in Winzip?
Would be happy to, but the forums do not seem to have an attachment facility. Where would you like me to email this to?
Btw, I would also like to mention that there does not seem to be a link to reach the forums once I logged into http://app.campaignmonitor.com, I think that would be handy.
You can insert an img reference in the forums using bbcode or email it through to support at Campaign Monitor.
Good point about linking to the forums from the application, that is something we will be doing soon.
