I paid 5 dollars yesterday for an email scan but once on the service page all the scans were marked "unavailable". An email to support has not been graced with a reply. How do I get a reimbursement ?
We're really sorry about that, the 3rd party we're using the testing service has been having some difficulties lately. We definitely respond to all support requests though so if you haven't received a response it's possible that your email may not have reached us. Could you try again and we'll get a refund sorted out for you?
I had the same problem; took 2 days to get my test results, which are completely useless to me now.
I would recommend signing up for http://litmusapp.com, which not only tests emails but also does browser screencaps as well.
