When I click update preferences from within my email tool, I am taking to the personalized preference center. On the other hand, if I open the email to view in browser, that very same link goes to a generic preference center without the logo or the custom fields.
This bug is inhibiting me from implementing this with a number of paying clients.
I think we've already answered this via support and one of our developers it taking a look at it. Let us know if you have any other questions though.
