I've successfully created a subscription form and integrated it into my wordpress site using a sidebar text widget. Everything works properly, but I'm having trouble with button styling.
I have a custom style in my CSS called btn that styles all my buttons. When I change the span in the CSS provided by CampaignMonitor, the button appears to take on the style, except that the area immediately around the text and the text itself are gray background, black text. On either end of the button, I can see my styles applied to the button (white text on blue background), so it appears the style is coming with the button from CM, and my CSS is not overriding it. Can anyone help me with this?
Our forms just use a standard submit, there's no styling attached (unless you have it in your code) - it should not be any different from other default submit buttons.
Have you checked the form code to see if any styles are inline or on the form?
d'oh! had my class style dropped in the wrong spot. Sheez! Thanks.
I have the same problem...but I just don't get it. Were you able to solve this problem?
