Email Client Testing - what to do when some screenshots are missing

I felt kind of cheated when my first two email rendering tests came back with several client screen shots missing.  The most recent one was missing 4 of them, including the BlackBerry.  That's almost 20%... so should I still charge a client the full price for only 80% of the promised results? 
Is there anything I can do from my end to make sure all of the samples are generated?
