Any advise please. I managed to get the ezine campaign of a very large company.
Problem is that they have a major online marketing company already doing all their newsletters.
This company has seen my work and have gone to the client pointing out bits and pieces that
they can do better and are now trying to get the campaign:(
The client has put me in contact with them and they are asking how I distribute the newsleter>>>> I cant tell them that its campaign Monitor of course>> so what should I say>>>> I'm new to this and already I have a shark on my back:( any advise is welcome> besides telling them to bugg off!!
There is a few approaches to this - you could say you have your own email distribution system, or that you have a tool you can make available to them.

it doesn't matter that you are using CM, what matters is that you deliver quality, reliably and succesfully... with value for money for the client.
You still have to look after the design & mailing lists etc and this is what your costs are for. I doubt the client will want to do this themselves.
