What WYSIWYG editor?

I downloaded a sample template. In the readme file I found this:

This folder contains the files and tags necessary to use the Campaign Monitor WYSIWYG editor.

This folder contains the files necessary to use the non template (WYSIWYG) editor aspect of
Campaign Monitor. Things like the unsubscribe and forward to a friend tags are already inserted.

Where's this "Campaign Monitor WYSIWYG editor" and what's a "non template (WYSIWYG) editor"? I can't find any of this stuff.

When you upload a template for a client, under the 'templates' tab, it becomes available for your clients to login and add content to.

The tool they use to add that content is the WYSIWYG editor. You can see it in action in the screencast halfway down this page: http://www.campaignmonitor.com/features/create-and-send-great-looking-emails/

The non-template ones are if you just want to import a complete email, which you can't edit online, just send.
