My client is urgently wanting to send out how her campaign, however whenever she sends a test email to a few test email addresses, it keeps inserting one name associated with one email into all of the test emails. So, all the test emails get
'Hi Lee, here's our newsletter'.
I have taken a screenshot of the admin page where this is set and it must be something to do with the fact that firstname.lastname@example.org (the name 'Lee' is associated with this email address) is within the text box that says
'manually added'. When sending out the campaign for real, how can I ensure that all the emails will be personalised with each customers name and not with 'Lee'? I don't seem to be able to remove the manually added 'email@example.com'.
I believe this has been resolved through support email.
The subscriber selected for preview emails will not be used once the campaign is sent. It's only used in the previews to test personalization.
