When a user replies to or forwards my newsletter, the formatting seems to change - with spaces between words being removed in places, and added space between paragraphs.
The width of my newsletter is 700 pixels, is that the problem? Or is it to do with something else?
When recipients use the built in forward or reply in their email client, the HTML mail editor in the email client can cause some ugliness.
Replies back to you probably aren't a huge concern for you, but to avoid funny looking forwards, you might want to use a prominent Forward to a Friend link.
Thanks Stig. It seems to widen the whole e-mail, and left-justifies the header image. Definitely very ugly. I've never noticed that with others' newsletters, so I wonder if there is anything I can do.
