I've set up a pricing plan for my clients that varies based on their volume.
My preference would be to use the option to have them pay freshview directly, rather than maintain an external invoicing system/process, but the current system doesn't allow for that.
It would be great to be able to have billing features similar to WHCMS or perhaps even tie to freshbooks or another invoicing system.
Another feature I'd love to have would be the ability to set the number of emails a client could send each month/limit the size of their campaigns. This is especially important when my clients' activity is being charged to my credit card - both to avoid me being hit with a large bill I may not be prepared for, as well as to avoid the potential result of my client's campaign not going through due to such an issue! :-)
And - while I'm on a roll! - it would be cool to set a price for bulk email credits so clients could purchase those directly through their accounts as well :-)

I see your entry is a year old and I looked through other posts/blogs, but wasn't able to find any information.
The changes we made were around letting clients buy credits at marked up rates, not to do with limiting their sends or size of sends.
We'll record your vote for those, but they are not something we're planning to add right now.
If you're paying for your clients you can allocate credits to them (under Client Settings) and only give them a specific number per month and then set their account so that they can't send after they've exhausted those credits. It isn't quite the same (not number of emails) but it would put a limit on their account.
