I'm new to this forum (and email marketing in general) and would like to say thanks in advance for any help you guys can give. I've designed an email which includes a signup form to our subscriber list. The reason for this is that initially we're planning on using rented lists to give our campaigns a kick start. The problem is that in Outlook 2007 the input fields don't render. You can see the email at http://www.pbatraining.co.uk/email/march/index.html - trouble is it looks ok in a browser so not sure how to replicate the issue - any ideas?

First off, just so you know, with Campaign Monitor we don't allow rented or purchased lists at all. See http://www.campaignmonitor.com/resources/entry/558/about-permission/ for more on that
Regarding forms in email, check out http://www.campaignmonitor.com/resources/entry/674/using-forms-in-email/
Outlook 2007 just doesn't support forms in emails I'm afraid.
