Urgent! Email blocked but keeps trying to send to client?

We have a company that blocks email with the word "Media" in it.  We just found out after we sent our campaign.  Now it just keeps trying to send them emails over and over.  They called us complaining about it.

Is there anyway to stop it?

Never mind.  I think what may have happened is the emails were queued up.  So they received some later and thought we kept pelting them with more emails.
